La Grande Forêt is located within Mont Tremblant and is less than a seven minutes’ drive from all of the area’s major attractions
La Grande Forêt is a private gated residential community divided into seventy estate home sites. La Grande Forêt is located within Mont Tremblant and is less than a seven minutes’ drive from all of the area’s major attractions. Each home site averages over three acres in size with a combination of spectacular mountain views, springs and streams, and varying elevations. The entire community is enveloped by an unspoiled and spectacular forest of maple, cherry, and pine trees.
La Grande Forêt is one of the only communities outside of the Mont Tremblant Resort to have a short term rental designation. This special and unique zoning allows for the rental of your La Grande Forêt home using popular services such as Airbnb and VRBO.
Roads, utilities, and other infrastructure are complete and have been designed to have the least amount of impact on the natural setting of La Grande Forêt. A habitat buffer (Deer Conservation Zone) surrounds the entire northern portion of the community and each estate lot has carefully controlled building zones to ensure that the forest remains healthy and in its natural state.

Our vision was to create a community that embraces the mountain lifestyle. La Grande Forêt represents a sanctuary for its residents to escape the daily pressures of everyday life and embrace all that resort mountain living in Mont Tremblant has to offer. Whether it is enjoying Eastern North America’s most popular ski resort, outdoor activities such as golf, horseback riding, rafting, and tennis or just the experience of relaxing within the majestic setting of the Laurentians, La Grande Forêt will produce a legacy of memories to be passed down from one generation to the next.
We are committed to ensuring the highest standard of environmental responsibility for La Grande Forêt. This commitment is illustrated in our master plan for this community. We designed La Grande Forêt to have the least amount of environmental impact on its surroundings. A habitat buffer (Deer Conservation Zone) surrounds the entire northern end of the property ensuring that the development does not encroach on an otherwise untouched habitat. We have designed our road systems with the assistance of a biologist to ensure a minimum of tree removal and environmental impact.
